Confident Horse are exciting, fun, powerful and effective 2 OR 3 day workshops once again combining the excellent coaching and communication skills of Pete and Becky

Powerful, Effective, Ecological and Ethical ground-work and ridden techniques to build a bond of trust and understanding between horse and handler / rider without the use of gadgets, no escalation of pressure and no punishment.
Mutual trust and respect with your equine partner.
A more balanced, secure and reliable rider, able to positively influence your horse's carriage, outline, speed and direction.
- Further develop your skills of -
Relaxation, Focus, Concentration and Confidence, building on what you have already learned in Confident Rider
Meet up with other Confident Rider past-particpants (who share and understand your journey) and share one another's triumphs.

N.B. Confident Horse is only open to those who have attended one of our Confident Rider Workshops and to riders who have done One-to-One Training with Becky and Pete, please contact us with questions regarding your eligibility.

Confident Horse 2 Day format:
- Day 1 -
- 10am - 3pm
- Settle horses, meet as a group in the classroom.
- Learn and practice your ground-work skills with one another
- and your horse with Becky.
- (Your lunch will be included on this workshop.)
- 3pm - 5/5.30pm
- Group session with Pete in the classroom.
- 5.30pm - Evening stables.
- (It is hoped that participants will arrange to meet up for dinner.)
- Day 2 -
- 9am
- Meet as a group in the classroom followed by;
- Individual sessions with Pete, then
- Individual ridden sessions with Becky.
- 4pm
- Workshop ends.
- Course Cost -
- £300 (£100 deposit secures your place)
- Outstanding balance payable in installments, scroll down for details.
- Your Course includes -
- 2 Days coaching (more than 14 hours) with Becky and Pete
- Your lunch each day, tea/coffee and biscuits throughout the day
- DIY livery inc' bedding *
- *If hay is difficult for you to transport we can provide it at cost.

N.B. Becky breakfasts all horses at 7am when yard gates will be unlocked. Workshops participants are welcome to use the arena to practice their learning, the classroom for discussion and / or join Becky for any hacks taking place. Workshop participants may also book Simulator sessions during the morning of Day 2. (Or enjoy and well earned lie-in!)

- 9am
- Meet as a group in the classroom followed by
- Individual sessions with Pete in the office, then
- Individual sessions on your horse with Becky
- 4pm
- Workshop ends

As with all of our workshops, numbers are limited to ensure quality and are allocated strictly on a first-come-first-served basis, so book early to avoid disapointment.

Booking procedure -
Please print off and fill in this form, and send it with your £100 deposit (payable to "Confident Equestrian") to: The Course Organiser, Ashen E.C. Ashen, Sudbury, Suffolk, CO10 8JU.
If the workshop you have requested is fully booked we will contact you to re-schedule immediately and will refund your deposit in full if a suitable alternative date cannot be found.
The second stage payment of £100 will be invoiced and is payable 8 weeks prior to your workshop.
The third stage payment of £100 will be invoiced and is payable 4 weeks prior to your workshop.
The final balance of £100 will be payable on arrival at your workshop.
(2 Day Workshop particpants will be invoiced their second stage payment of £100 4 weeks before workshop and pay the final £100 on arrival.)
Particpants who fail to turn-up for their workshop will be charged the full workshop fee.
PLEASE NOTE - An admin fee of £50 will be charged to participants requesting to reschedule and we will try to allocate your space to someone on the waiting list. If we cannot re-fill your space you will be charged the full course fee.
